Rad Jamz Tartlets

  • 340g all purpose flour
  • 227g cold butter cut into cubes
  • 125ml iced water
  • 7g salt
  • 1 jar of Rad Jamz
  • cream cheese (optional)
  • peanut butter (optional)


Cut in cold butter to flour, or if you have a mixer, slowly add cubed butter to flour with paddle attachment. Mix dough until butter is pea sized then slowly add cold water just to bind. Do not overmix. If using an all purpose gluten free flour- over mix and add a little extra water.  Form into a ball & chill at least 3 hours. Heat oven to 400. Roll out dough 1/8″ thick. Cut with 2″ cookie cutter; place in ungreased muffin pan. Fill tart shells with your favorite jam and optional cream cheese or peanut butter garnish. Bake about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool your muffin tray on a metal bakers cooling rack. Once cooled enough to remove tarts- Enjoy!
