This recipe is originally from Métis elder, Peggy Millsap. This sweet zucchini relish combines flavours of turmeric and mustard seed to create a relish like none you’ve ever tasted before! Made with zucchini grown in West Kelowna.
Ingredients: Zuchinni, onions, bell peppers, sugar, white vinegar, pickling salt, arrowroot flour, spices (including mustard)
